http://www.nanospeedworld.com (the "Site") is a web site owned and operated by SPIN MASTER STUDIOS for kids and adults to provide information on the Nanospeed™ brand and a forum for discussion, evaluation, and sale of Nanospeed™ product. In order for your child to enjoy all of the information and services that we provide, your child may register for our service. If your child indicates that he or she is under the age of 13, we will ask your child to provide his or her first and last name and his or her parent(s) and/or guardian(s) email address. Subsequently, we will send a message to your email address, asking you to set up your child as a registered user of the Site ("Member"), so that your child can have access to content and/or services on the Site ("Membership"). That email message will include a link to this Notice to Parent(s) and/or guardian(s) of Informational Practices with Regard to Children ("Notice"). This procedure is designed to protect the privacy of your child and to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA") and related rules.
